new customer- router returned to sender, help!!

hi courier attempted to deliver my router last week while I was on holiday, it’s been returned back to sender now, how do I contact virgin media to have it sent out again?? Do they send it automatically again?? 
I will have no Internet soon!! 

please help

The fastest way is to call customer services, they will schedule another delivery and it should be delivered within 7 days.

If you have a virgin landline - call 150

If you type virgin customer support into google it gives you 0345 454 1111  🙂

I'm sorry to hear you were not available for delivery of your equipment. When equipment for a new account is sent back to us, the account would be cancelled. 

We're not able to arrange for the equipment to come back out to you as you will need to speak to Sales to see if the original offer you took is still available. If not then the team will need to discuss a new deal for you. You can reach them on 0800 183 1234.
