new customer received contract summery but no delivery confirmation

Hi,

I signed up for a new broadband and talk time contract, I have received an email contract summary, but I haven't received any delivery confirmation details? my hard wear was due to be delivered today for self installation. Trying to confirm if my order has been processed as I dont yet have account number I cant contact customer services?
