Just joined


I want to set a new account for my new apartment. I do not know how, I try to call but didnt answer and in the website, I do not know how to set a new account. Thank you.

Are you an existing VM customer and are wanting to move your connection to a new home?

Or are you a totally new customer wanting to join VM?

If you are a totally new customer wanting to join VM, then use the broadband checker to see if your address is listed
