Sorry to see you haven't had any help from the team regarding moving a VM cable at your property.
We'd love to see how we can best help with this, please kindly confirm the below so we can determine which is the best route to follow here:
a) are you currently an active customer?
b) is this a cable connecting to our wall mounted box which links the service into the house or other?
Are you able to post a picture from the site and this cable so we can view and advise more?
c) is there a cabinet or similar that needs removing or relocating at all in this case?
Lastly, could you tell us what our team has advised on your previous calls in regard to this?
