moving house

Hi,

We are moving house to a new build and I'm wondering if virgin can provide me with the cable they use for multiroom so I can run the cables in while the house is being build and not have them running around the outside of the house. I have tried ringing them but they just keep transferring me to a different department.

Thanks

Re: moving house

Hi there

Many new builds are pre wired nowadays.

Have you checked to see if yours is?

I assume you will be moving your services to the new build?

Thanks

Christy

Re: moving house

thanks for your reply, yes virgin are in the area. Do you mean they will install the cables themselves while the house is being built?

Re: moving house

A quick and easy way to check if  its prewired is to check for any white coax cables coming out the wall at the property. They may sometimes be in the utility cupboard within the property too.

The build manager for the new home will be able to tell you if its prewired.

Thanks

Christy
