Moving flat tomorrow.. apparently I'm suppose to be disconnected at this flat today (8pm) Internet is still on.
I can take the router to new flat but can't take the cable as its stapled to the skirting board. What am I suppose to take to new flat, equipment wise?
Should I also be worried about my current flat Internet still working?

Just take the actual hub and TV boxes (if you have any), now the reason for this is not necessarily that you will be able to use them at your new flat but rather that at some point VM are likely to want them back, with a threat of additional charges if you don't comply, and if the hardware has all been left behind, then this might be a bit problematic to say the least.
Are you planning on using VM at your new flat? If so then did you fully notify VM of the move and have they agreed that your new place can be connected up? If you don't intend to carry on with VM, did you give them the required 30 days notice, and did you get any acknowledgement from then that the cancellation has been actioned?
Oh and good luck with the move, some claim it is the third or fourth most stressful event in a persons life - I'm sure it'll be fine!

Hi @ayumi
The connection in your current property could go off at any time up until midnight.
Take the hub, power cable plug and ethernet cable to your new property.
If you've performed the moving house procedure then providing the new property has a working coaxial connection then you should jmust be able to plug your current equipment in and get online.
You should have been given a new account number for your new property, but you might need to call the activation line on 0800 953 9500 to get it all working.
