moving and service not available

I may be moving to an area that my new postcode says virgin is not available yet they have it on the adjoining street, my question is if i asked would they install it ?

Unlikely... if its not in their existing plans - as it would be cost prohibitive to dig up the streets for 1 new customer !

A VM person will respond in a day or two and may have more information about your location
