I recently moved to a new apartment which comes with all the Virgin Media modem and Hub pre-installed. I tried to text connectme to 80011, an didn't worked. I tried the webchat and the customer service who insisted that my apartment is not connected to the virgin network, but all the equipment and cable are installed. What should I do? Why Virgin left their equipment and method to activate the router, but when you want to activate it, it not let you do it?
