moved from sky

for faster broadband, it gives 27% coverage in my office so is ultra slow. engineer knew and said ok.

i now cannot even conduct a teams meeting at work

can I cancel and have my money back?

Yes you can cancel within 14days of install

When did you have it installed? If you are in the cooling off period then - yes you can cancel.
If outside that then you will have a battle to prove that VM do not provide you with the service you bought.

27% coverage? What does that mean and how do you measure it?

Why did you leave Sky BTW?

I left sky because when I was on teams for work it  kept disrupting the signal. Sky put an extender outside my office. It was 80% good but the poor reception was starting to annoy me. 
virgin guy had a meter and he showed me the 27% effective reception

Virgin don't guarantee wifi range. If sky needed to put a booster in then your house needs more than a basic hub from Virgin. This isnt a fault its just your house needs more range. You can order a booster from the Virgin Connect app or invest in a mesh system to solve this.
