Just like so many others here I've received my pack to return the Virgin TV box and the Virgin Hub with the instruction that it is really important to replace the co-axial cable with the silver terminator cap but have only been sent one cap when I need two.
I'm happy to go out to a Collect plus shop to return your equipment - but do need you to do your side.
