Is this a new installation or/on a quick start pack?  If so Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and tell them you need a Tech install

The longest VM cable they supply off the shelf is a 3m one.  Is that long enough for you?  If so I would call that number and ask for one.  If not you will need a Tech visit who will custom make one for you of the required length.  They usually charge £25 for that - but they may waive that if its a new install or a quickstart pack - worth asking.

Dont be tempted by cables from Amazon - they are all cheap tat (despite what they claim) and will cause you all sorts of issues (I know this from personal experience!) 😎

Hi abc7,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear the cable isn't long enough for you.

We can certainly get an engineer out to resolve this for you but I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Thanks,
