I am new to the forum, here to get the issues with my Virgin cable connection fixed - hopefully.
My cable virgin media service seems to be intermittent, it stream tests well showing 50mb plus every time but it seems to sometimes disconnect, this can happen many times a evening whilst watching streaming TV, then it returns.
i have superhub 3 - how do i view the T1/T2/T3/T4 info for my connection so i can get some solid data for whats going on?
I'm sorry to read you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.
From checking your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine with no time-outs reported.
Does this happen on both wired and wireless devices?
To view the router information, type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in and in the middle click into Check router status. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great.
