Hi there, I was meant to have my broadband installed yesterday but without any communication no-one turned up. On the app, I then saw I had a Service Request booked for tomorrow. I presumed this is the re-scheduled installation, which I have moved to next Saturday.
a. Can you confirm that it is the installation I have re-scheduled?
b. How do I get a communication that the installation is going/ not going to happen? I don't want to wait in for nothing again.
