hi

  i  arrange to have your broadband fitted next Tuesday  pm

he sent a txt this morning if we had been shielding we had from march to end of July  for i am now back at work and doing our own shopping

so why did your system change the install date to 15th December tried to change that will not let us

whats  wrong

You could try the pre-installation and delivery team - they may have more info for you

on.. 0800 052 1734

Calling around 8am on a weekday may be the best time to try if you cant get through at other times
