i don’t have a virgin media wall socket

i received an installation kit for my broadband but my property doesn’t have a virgin media wall socket and i chose to have self installation kit. 

would an engineer be able to install one for me?

You may not have the wall socket, however you may have the cabling. Check for something like:

If you don't have the cabling then call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
