hub3 - not activated?

hi,

just got a self install box and wifi router, but it hasn’t been activated. the call centre said they’d phone back an hour ago but still haven’t. how do i get it activated? thanks

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums! I am sorry you're having a hard time activating your Hub, this isn't what we want for new customers at all!

We can't activate Hubs here on the forums, but I do have the number for the team that can - 0800 953 9500 - please try calling them and let us know how it goes.

Hi MelissaJane1, 

Yes you are able to call as a 3rd party on his behalf, they may ask you some security questions first before they process anything so make sure you know his details and password before calling 🙂
