hub 3 stuck in ‘Update in Progress’ new customer

New Customer - No internet and I am getting ‘update in progress’ when trying to connect to the router, I did receive a text saying due to issues we have not been able to activate your virgin media.

Any help would be appreciated to get this resolved it should be activated today?

Resolved it required to be activated I phoned and this was done
