how much do virgin charge to move the internal white box to another room

any idea how much virgin charge to move the  internal white box to a different room  . my mums  is in a bedroom in the middle of her house and really needs it in her living room as she struggles to get a  wifi connection in  her living room 

also how do i  get this sorted   thank  you

I believe that the current cost of a non fault technician visit is £25.

You should be able to arrange this via the customer service number.

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

As @Graham_A has advised in their post, if you wish to move/relocate the installation of a wall socket then we can do this but there would be a charge of £25 to do so as detailed within our Price Guide.
