haven't received kit

hiya! we were told we would be able to pick up our self install kit on the 21st but we received no information on that day. it is now the 22nd and we rang the customer service line and they claimed we had no account and hadn't ordered anything which is wrong because we got multiple emails. (even received a letter from virgin through post) 

our uni starts next week and we have no wifi yet!
