We were able to get the quick start kit and went for fibre broadband, but we've moved in today (tenancy) and there's no virgin wall socket! There's a sky cable coming out the wall and an open reach socket on the wall but nothing else - we can't connect the hub at all
I've been on hold to try and talk to someone for about 2 hours now, with no idea if I'm actually in a queue or not! The music is driving me crazy, and the help guides just bring you round in circles and don't help at all!
What can I do??? I can't even get through to someone to cancel, let alone try and fix this
