Hi, how do I report very badly frayed cabling where our outside box should be? We have noticed a definite deterioration recently and experiencing new problems with our broadband loading might be connected to this. I can't find anywhere on the website or app to report an issue with outside cabling. Thanks

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
