I was booked for a visit today between 1300 - 1800 to upgrade my super hub 2 for fibre network phone. Engineer didn't turn up, and then I wondered if I actually need a visit. Surely it's a simple swap job that I could do?

These days it seems that replacement hubs are a technician’s visit, it’s only QuickStart ones that get sent by courier.
