I have had a delay in my e-mails coming from my Virgin account to my windows MSN e-mail address for as long as I can remember.
This delay can be minutes and some times hours.
Can any body help as I believe this transfer should be almost instant

Sorry to hear you are having a delay in your emails. We can understand this is not ideal. Are these emails sent from one account to another or is this an auto forwarding rule as seen here? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-using-filters.
