I am virgin media customer with Exellent service, I refer to my brother to take virgin media broadband.
My brother ordered on 5th July and virgin media promise to install on 17th July 2020 in E13 0RA postcode
there are 12 days pass and on 17th July waited for whole day, in evening time virgin media sent message on mobile that Hi, its Virgin Media here. Your installation has been rescheduled to 11/08/2020, 1PM6PM. for any further queries, just reply to this text with CHAT to start texting with us.
when we replied there are no answer and why they reschedule and you can see how long they gave a date to install, this is not fair not 2 or 5 days delay they delayed 21 days. about 3 weeks not giving any reason.
I emailed virgin media no reply yet and they no answer any more
My brother need urgently it. it is Possible early? or wait for 11th August 2020?
without any reason why they rescheduled?
