A connection for cable was booked over the phone and a technician arranged to visit a week ahead of the 28 Oct switch over, which is when we move in to a new build. However, I cannot see any bookings in My Orders and Appointments, only the date when a booking was made. I had a previous bad experience when a technician didn't turn up because no visit had actually been arranged. We were without services for two weeks and were never fully compensated. We clearly wish to avoid this happening again and need to check the booking on a daily basis. I have called customer services, waited and waited, but they do not pick up. Any help appreciated.
