cant link yo internet after moving home

hi,

I recently moved to a new flat and purchased a new contract with vm. However, after I installed everything and activated the kit, I cannot connect to internet but my broadband. I check the HUB account and it shows access deny. I have used message support and call support but could not solve it. I have not been able to connect for a day...

I found the sokit in my flat is telewest and not vm?!

Sounds like the router might not have been activated?

Hi if you don't have a virgin connection point then you need an engineer install. Regards Micky

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums Sorry for the delayed response, have you been able to speak to the team about your connection since your post? Some pretty solid advice here from our fellow forum members. It does sound like activation is needed, regrettably this isn't something I can do from within the forums. Apologies.
