cancellation

Hi

I bought package on line 19th of September. Installation day is October 20th. My circumstances had been changed and i dont want to proceed with installation and further activation.So i want to kind of cancelling installation day and do not want engage in contract. How could I do this?

Hi you will have to phone to get this done 0345 454 1111 and go down the thinking of leaving route. Regards Micky

Your contract doesn't start until installation is complete so you could say no thanks when they come to install the service.
