I have a technician booked for Wednesday morning this week. The issue is now resolved and I no longer require the appointment but I cannot find where to cancel online - I have looked everywhere! I can't find an email or text option either.
think you can do it via your VM account - log into that
You should be able to log into My Virgin Media at the top of the page, or via the app and cancel the appointment from there.
You should also receive a text message confirming the appointment which you can respond to and cancel it.
