cables installed but no engineer to complete installation
I have just had some construction for work my property in Slough and I was told to contact Virgin Media on the phone to contact Connor the area manager to assign an engineer out as I have been Tv, Wifi and Phone less for 4 weeks since my initial install date of 8th April was rescheduled and cancelled twice.
I have called the customer service line as requested by someone at Virgin Media to call back once the construction work is done as i have been serviceless for A WHOLE Month.
No engineers have been assigned and this has really been the most frustrating experience as a new customer. OFCOM complaint pending.
