cable not fitting wall

Hi all


My virgin media wifi cable is not fitting in to the wall socket 

I live in a house with 3 flats, I entered my post code before purchasing and passed the eligibility check therefore thought I was all set!

I have tried calling virgin media seven times already today, each time I am put on hold for 15 minutes then the line mysteriously drops. 

I have attached pictures below. Would really appreciate help as I have no internet and can't currently work from home

Trouble shooter

From the photos I am assuming there is a Virgin Media service on your building but you are missing a VM cable or socket inside the property.

Call the Pre installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and explain the situation.
