both neighbours have or can get Virgin but not me!
One of my neighbours has Virgin and the other can get it when i go to the Virgin site. I'm same postcode, in a house same side of the street and the pavement that the cables were laid and I am unable to get service. I have direct access to the street and am actually a lot closer to the street than the neighbour that has service from Virgin. When I call Virgin get same message every time that could be all capacity is being used but as a check my surrounding addresses in area seems only a couple are on Virgin.
I'm coming to my current contract end and really want to get fibre broadband and want to verify that its not a system issues that's stopping me signing up before i sign up to another provider again.
