How can I book an engineer? Been on the phone all day to no avail.
There was a nearby lightning strike, and my hub along with a TV, PC and laptop are all fried.
The Virgin Media troubleshooter has suggested switching on the hub as a remedy. I think I need an engineer visit to replace Virgin components.
If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present.
