booking a vm engineer

Hi i have been looking on my virgin media website to try and book an engineer but wasn’t able to manage that, is there any links or numbers to book a vm engineer appointment?

Why do you need an appointment? 

If it's because you want changes to the installation, for instance equipment moved to another room, you can call Customer Service. There will be a charge of £25.

If you have a poor connection or fault, you can post details here for advice.
