Hi, I just moved to new home. When I ordered a Quick start pack it says that I'm already connected in my new home so so can use a quick start. But when I moved in I just noticed that I doesn't have a Virgin wall socket, so I can't connect. I try call a few times on 03454541111, to book an engineer but after a hour waiting it's disconnected me.
Join the club. I’ve had internet issues since upgrading to gig1 last week. I managed to speak to someone very helpful this morning but got cut off during the transfer over to technical teams and now can’t get back through.
