Has anybody successfully set up a virgin media account online with blue light discount?
I logged into the blue light discount app, clicked claim discount, it transferred me to the Virgin Media Partners x Blue Light Card website where I set up and ordered a specific package deal. I have received Welcome, and Thank you for choosing virgin media emails, but no contract.
I phoned Virgin Media who told me the offer does not exist. (Even though I literally ordered it off their website???) The sales advisor had no knowledge of Blue Light discount, and had no evidence of my setting up and ordering this package.
So here I am, no TV, no WIFI, and still none the wiser as to whether I have a TV/WiFi bundle being delivered or not...
