awful service

Signed up for virgin media again (full top package) technician came installed new equipment, took away old equipment. Then I am being asked for 95 pounds for a box that I did not return. Hours and hours trying to speak to someone, no help again. Never again will I go with virgin.

do you have a receipt showing the box was removed by the engineer?

Well he took away both boxes, my router and 2 remotes. So what makes the most sense, he took all that but left a box or he took everything and then perhaps took one of my boxes?
