I’m expecting a visit today between 8-1 to move line box into home- please can someone clarify they are coming?

Hi @RKPSEP 

The tech should send you an sms to confirm they are coming and what they time they expect to arrive. 

You should be able to track the appointment by signing in to My Virgin Media here: My VM.

Once you log in scroll down to Orders & appointments then click on View your orders. You can also view this in the My VM app.
