any update re network ticket??

Hello,

last week i had my 3rd technician visit my house to take a look as to why my connection keeps on disconnecting , this was arranged by the 2nd technician when I phoned him

when the internet disconnects the network logs shows

SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync;CM-MAC=;CMTS-MAC=CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

The 3rd technician advised me he checked my hub and cable came back fine and all in-spec , he then proceeded to check the local cabinet and local node and he showed me several graphs on his phone and told me the local node/cabinet has a lot of noise/drop outs on the upstream.

he said there was also a lot of water in the local cabinet and he would have to raise a fault with the networking team to get this resolved.

I'm just wondering if there has been any progress on this ticket with networks ?

Apologies for the delayed response to your post, Spitfire16, How has the connection been since your post? Having a diagnostic to your connection, things do seem to be improved.
