Well I get several emails from Virgin and texts from Yodel stating my delivery will be with me 4th December between 8am and 9pm , only thing I had to do was wait for my 2hr slot , well that never happened and my Saturday ruined just sitting at hone waiting for the door to ring.
I have nothing against Virgin as been with them for countless years but come on sort your logistics out and move to a more reliable courier
