Hi all,

Upgraded the account on the 3rd and was due to receive the new router on the 5th. Window given by yodel cam and went. Was still stuck on “due to be delivered on the 5th between x & x” two days later! 

To try and make it easier I selected for the package to be picked up from my local depot. Now when I look each day my collection day is pushed back by a day! Ie I looked on the 8th and it said collection on the 10th. By the 9th it was 11th and now it’s the 13th. 

Can only assume that the package is most likely lost or damaged and nobody is admitting it!! 

Can someone point me towards the next steps in getting this resolved?
