Yodel upgraded equipment delivery

I  paid for upgraded packages and router 3 days ago.

I have received text to say Yodel will be delivering the router today and I will receive a time slot from them.

It is now 10:51 a.m. and I have not received any delivery notification yet I have taken an unpaid day off work to enable this to happen.

Dialling into your call centre does not give options to speak to somebody as I'm due the quickstart package which has not arrived.

If someone from Virgin media is monitoring this post can you please let me know when to expect delivery of your equipment that I am paying for.

Sorry you were having to chase the delivery
