Yodel have not delivered

Good afternoon.  After waiting in all day yesterday, Yodel tell me that my quick start package has been delivered....not to me.  I have looked everywhere.


Have been 3 hours on chat waiting for a human to contact me, with no success.  Yodel say I have to speak to Virgin to get the package re sent...but I can't.


Could anybody help or suggest a solution?  I think that I will cancel the contract whilst in the date, as I really don't want to cope with a company with such an awful service
