My parcel which was due to arrive on Friday 14th of July never arrived. Yodel said that they made 3 attempts but it was a lie as I could not see any driver attempting to deliver the package. I was never contacted.
Now they have shifted the package JD0002230630967367 to the depot and asked me to collect.
I cannot collect as the deposit is in a different city. Now I am stuck.
Been a nightmare talking to yodel customer support whose driver lied about coming to my address as I was sitting infront of my window waiting all day.
Virgin has chosen the worst courier partner.
You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask if they can organise a new delivery, or ask if they can change it to a tech install.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
