Yodel failed to deliver my virgin kit for my 1gb new installation and I move Thursday evening . I’ve chased Yodel and they have promised to deliver tomorrow . Yodel told me I had placed the delivery on hold which is complete rubbish . Yesterday it was showing for delivery, today if I hadn’t chased them it would have been held without any customer notification .
Now the issue the start date of the contract is from the date the kit is due to be delivered and this has now been delayed . Whom do I contact to resolve this ?
