Yodel delivery

I was supposed to get wifi delivered today and got a text from virgin saying it’s on the way and that I should get a 2 hours time slot from yodel. However, I haven’t received this and it’s now past 5pm and I have no wifi when it was supposed to be delivered today. Where is my wifi?

I have tried to call customer services but can never get through to a real person. I’m working from home and need wifi and this service has been extremely disappointing

Sorry to hear you experienced this with your hub delivery. I can understand the inconvenience this may have caused.

 

I was able to access your account using forum details and I can see the hub was indeed delivered and activated on the 5th. Are you able to confirm this? If so how is your service so far and is there anything else we can help with?
