Hi,
I was sent a message by Virgin about the delivery of a new router yesterday at 7pm. It is meant to arrive today. It said that Yodel would message me with information for a 2 hour delivery window. It still has not arrived.
Can you help find my tracking number to see if it still scheduled to arrive today?

Virgin Media has sent my details along incorrectly and so the package has been delayed, and sent the the wrong address requiring a reschedule and having to contact customer services
