Yodel Delivery of New Kit

Hi Guys,

brand new to VM. Received a message advising my set up kit would be here today and Yodel would text me with a 2 hour time slot for delivery! No message as yet at 17.30! The tracking is still showing my parcel at depot. The advisor early said it would be out soon but that was 5 hours ago! And I now can’t get back in touch with them as all advisors are busy! Did anyone else have this issue? Is it likely to turn up today? Or do I get my heels on and go out for wine lol

Sorry to see you have not had any update as to where your equipment is, I would always suggest the wine option 😉

I can see you have spoken to the team since posting this, were they able to find out where the equipment was?

Whilst that is a fair and reasonable request, as you have found out virgin media dont do fair and reasonable. I would suggest looking for another provider.

Could you please let us know if you have received any delivery info from yodel so far in regard to this postage and do you have a tracking code for the start kit?
Also, what has the team advised on your previous calls about this please?
