Yet another let down by Virgin Media

After the long and tedious task of getting our line discovered and connected less than a month ago. We were told there were no deals that could be offered (After another staff member said phone orders had access to better deals than online orders)
Now we find that the "black friday" offers are only for new customers.
We're very disappointed to find that after our sign up, virgin media now offers our package cheaper!

How can this be allowed!

It's just the way it is and VM are not alone with "new customers only" routine.  You could try phoning retentions and complain, but I doubt if you will get anywhere.  No consolation, but there will be thousands of current VM users who are paying a lot more than "new customers" for the same packages.
