I'm sorry to hear that your install has not gone as planned. Have you received any update since your post? Most delays are due to pre-install or construction works needing to be completed prior to connecting your home to the network. Have they not advised you of this or what the date might be?
This may depend on what the nature of the delay is, which could be waiting on contractors to complete their job or waiting on permits which can both be open-ended. I will send you a private message to confirm your account details and provide as much details as I can regarding your install.
