We had workmen rip up our street 3 Christmas's ago and they have installed the cabling underground and the little ports in the footpath for Virgin Media connections for everyone on the road.
The install caused allot of disruption but i figured it would be worth it eventually,
so after over two years of patiently waiting and regularly checking for two years
It's showing on the postcode checker on the main website that Virgin still isn't available in the area,
what gives? the street right on the end of mine is online with vm and im pretty sure its on the same cable as the one outside mine.
So frustrating having the vm port outside and not being able to use it.
I'm on quite a main street so i really am surprised we haven't been hooked up yet.
Current broadband has been rather sluggish recently figured i would ask if anyone has had a similar experience or any ideas on an eta . Thanks in advance.
